Homemade Raw Vegan Nice Cream

I have decided to do a Raw Vegan Cleanse for 21 days with Herbal Supplements to heighten my results. I have been feeling sluggish and I was not surprised because the seasons have changed and I usually find myself doing these cleanses to support the new season of my outer and inner elements. I have been officially Raw Vegan for One Whole Week and I feel good. The first few days were a little rough but we are here and we are doing it!



I have created a sweet tooth for myself while pregnant and after. To cure this sweet tooth I have been researching creative ways to make fruit aka nature's candy satisfy my cravings.

This is how we got to Raw Vegan Nice Cream!





So here are the things you need to replicate the delicacy I had on my lunch break.


  • 2 Frozen bananas, pre-peeled and unchopped

  • 1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Tbsp of Raw Honey

  • 2 Tbsp of Hemp Seed Milk

Optional but added* Cashew nuts to blend in and give it that rough rocky road texture and crunch and then topped with Raw Cacao Nibs.

* You will need a high speed blender or food processor , I used a food processor but be careful with blenders because it can liquify or become a more un-ice creamy texture.


  1. Place your bananas, raw honey, and vanilla extract into food processor and blend on high. (Here is where you would add cashew nuts)

  2. Slowly lift chute and drop in your hemp seed milk.

  3. Blend low as you check for ice cream texture.

  4. CAREFULLY remove blade after you make sure blender is unplugged.

  5. Scoop out and enjoy in bowl! Here is to HEALTH :)



Now all jokes aside...why does it taste so good?
