What are serums? Serums are concentrated liquid ingredients for the skin designed to penetrate and treat various skin conditions. These serums are composed of many small molecules and help deliver potent ingredients straight to your skin allowing them to soak in all the vitamins and minerals. You can use serums for preventative care and not just treating a current issue. In your daily facial/skincare ritual you would apply a serum right after you cleanse and tone the skin and before add moisturizer. However it is important to note that serums go on before sheet masks and moisturizers but not necessarily before mud masks, exfoliants and essences.
